Designed Mechanical Solutions is a company that was born out of a simplistic idea back in 2012.
The initial concept was to try and provide anyone working within the M&E or FFE element of a project, with a single point of contact that they could turn to in order to provide not only quality M&E products for the projects they were involved in, but also to provide a technical service that would support the project from design concept right through to onsite commissioning.
At Design Mechanical Solutions, we understand how precious time is, and how frustrating it is trying to contact individual various companies for each of the products you specify on your projects. That's why we offer you one single point of contact who will help specify the equipment you require for your projects. We can even assist with the sizing of the equipment, and undertake site visits FOC if so required. We will also arrange for the equipment quotations to be done, and negotiate the final buying price.
Our aim is to support you from beginning to end throughout your project, and help build trust and confidence that will leave you wanting to use our services time & time again.

Technical Assistance
At Designed Mechanical Solutions, we have worked alongside a huge number of M&E Design Engineers over the years to assist in the sizing of Boiler Plant, Heat Emitters, Water Boosting, and Water treatment equipment. This technical assistance has resulted in the successful installation of various equipment on over 3000 projects since we began.
In January 2002 we appointed Steve Sparshott as Technical Advisor to assist with any challenges our clients came across whilst trying to integrate new technologies into their projects.
So if you are looking for guidance or an input regarding the sizing of your boiler plant, radiators, cold water boosters, or physical water softeners, just contact us.
As part of the service we offer, we also undertake site visits to take a look at any constraints you may be experiencing on site, and look to provide a design solution that solves your challenge. By doing this, we aim to save you time, and in turn help build a relationship that we will work hard to maintain for the long term.
